Recently this hip hop duo from New Jersey called Tru Fam released a follow up/pt. 2 of JMSN's track Jameson, which is a track I love dearly. The Tru Fam version features a relatively tight yet short verse over JMSN's original dark and pensive, electronic/hip-hop track. As far as follow-ups go, the Tru Fam feature feels like a welcome and natural progression.

It seems like it was only a matter of time before JMSN started expanding upon his debut album, and the Tru Fam version of the track isn't half bad. It's not as good as the original, but I'm pretty biased where JMSN is concerned. Flow-wise and as a standalone effort by Tru Fam as presented by JMSN, this track is pretty good. Check it.

Tru Fam, as an independent hip-hop/pop duo, have also got a smack load of unique, independently created and released tracks from a recently dropped EP called Bowties & Applause. You can check that out by clicking here.
